NEXUG make NB-10 Model PORTABLE BEVELLER is kind of Handheld/Manual Feed edge Beveling/Nibbling machine, which work on Punching Process. Achieve edge bevel by cold cutting with Punch without HAZ.
Applications:-Machine widely used for plate edge beveling on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum steel ,alloy steel etc. NB-10 Model particularly use for straight, curvature/profile jobs & counter sink beveling applications up to 25mm thickness of plates.
Main Features:-Beveling can be done freely for straight, curved (convex or concave) plates & pipes. Machining speed is high, and there is no change in material. Beveling can be done for stainless steel & aluminum. NB-10Model works not only for straight jobs but also for curved & counter sink beveling of V, X, K, Y, types at welding joint part. Beveling angle, 45° 37,5 30°can be selected by replacing the bracket
