STINGER 240EA

The Stinger 240EA bevelling system is developed as a portable self-centering device for the preparation of welding surfaces on pipes and tubes.It is preferred for an easy operation, reliability and generous portions of power for machining tubes with wall thicknesses up to 75mm (2.95″).

The Stinger 240EA has a tilting cutting tool holder and automatic feed. This solution allows bevels of 10° – 40° to be made continuously.
As already mentioned, the tool feed into the cut is fully automatic. This makes machining thick-walled tubes highly productive and comfortable.
Of course, it is possible to perform operations such as pipe end alignment, bevelling, including J-bevel, or calibration of the inner diameter of the machined pipe.
