PHYTON 325ES

The Phyton 325ES bevelling system is developed as a portable device for cutting pipes and tubes and for preparing welding surfaces on pipes and tubes. It is preferred for an easy operation, reliability and generous power portions for machining tubes with wall thicknesses up to 80mm (3.14″).

Phyton 325ES is the outside clamping machine. One half of the ring is clamped on the tube to be machined, while the other, rotating half of the ring carries two tool holders equipped with automatic feed. The automatic feed makes machining thick-walled tubes highly productive and comfortable.
The machine can be used only for cutting the pipe, or when using a bevelling tool, for simultaneous cutting and bevelling of the pipe in single working cycle.
The Phyton 325ES can be deployed directly from the pipe face, or it can be split into two halves and reassembled around the pipe. This feature is especially useful for bevelling or cutting of continuous pipelines systems, such as those found in chemical plants, power stations, or excavation sites.
